Q: What are your prices:
A: portrait sessions start at 200 up according to session type.
My weddings start at 2900 and most brides book for around 3200. All of my Wedding Collections includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage as well as a complementary engagement session.
Q: What are all the different portrait sessions you offer:
A: Engagement, Bridal, Maternity, Children, Family and High School Seniors.
Q: What do your sessions include:
A: All sessions include an online downloadable gallery as well as the printing rights to those images. Each session is a little different but most offer an outfit change and an option of a second location. (although contact me for specific details)
Q: Why is it so important that I am on time to my session?
A: I am a natural light photographer, this means I use sunlight as my main light source. When the sun goes down and it gets dark I can no longer shoot. If you show up 30 minutes late I am not afforded the luxury to shoot 30 minutes longer because of my shooting style. So it is very important that you be on time.
Q: What should I wear to my session:
A: Great question! What you are wearing does have a big impact on how your photos look! When you book me I will be more than happy to talk with you about styles, colors, textures and making sure everyone looks amazing! I also have a specific blog post HERE that can give you a lot more help with preparing for a session.
Q: How do I officially book a portrait session with you?
A: Send me an email with the type of session you would like to book and I can let you know my availability. If I have a date open that works for you then you get it! If not, we can try and work something else out or switch it to a different date. Once we get our dates all figured out I will send you a contract via email. You will need to fill in the rest of the information and sign it. Once you have signed it I will then be notified. Thats it! It’s really easy!
Q: When do you typically do portrait sessions:
A: I always shoot 2 hours before sunset. Sometimes earlier depending on the shoot.
Q: How do I officially book a wedding with you?
A: You will need to send me an email with the date that you and your hubby-to-be will be getting married! If I am available on that date then it’s all yours! If not then I can recommend some other wonderful photographers in the industry! Once we get all of our dates squared away I will then either send you a contract via email or meet with you personally to sign the contract and chat about your big day. For you to officially reserve me and take me off the calendar for that date you will need to sign the contract and return it to me with the deposit amount by the due date that will be stated on your contract. If you do not turn in the deposit by your due date and someone inquires about that date it is technically fair game; although I will contact you before giving it away.
Q: What is your turnaround time for wedding photography:
A: It usually takes me about 6-8 weeks to edit all of your wonderful memories! Although, after I shoot your big day I do usually put up a blog post that shows the highlights from your wedding.
Q: Will you help me with ideas for my shoot?
A: Of course! I am more than happy to help with ideas, locations, outfit choices and anything else your little heart desires. (Well pretty much anything) Just let me know!
